ACG3171 - Analysis of Financial Statements

Professor Wilson uses an unorthodox approach to present the material for ACG3171. He touches on a lot of topics throughout each chapter of your textbook (usually in less than a split second) and then focuses on select items for your exams. While you CAN try to reference the book to research his study guide topics, it will be a daunting task. The book is written for accounting majors and many of you barely made it through ACG2021. We guarantee you won't be able to read through one page without wanting to off yourself. That is where we can help!

For the Fall 2026 semester, we are offering test reviews which will provide a little background on each topic covered in class and then prepare you for each study guide question from Professor Wilson. This review is a supplement to class, not a substitute. Do NOT buy this product if you are looking for a robust and thorough review which none of you would ever watch. We are essentially just answering Wilson's exam study guide questions.

(Professor Wilson does introduce some fairly advanced accounting material in this course so, if you begin to feel lost since you f*cking hate accounting, then come see us.)
